Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your VANAE experience. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned.

How to start a return
Email us at contact@maisonvanae.com with your order number. We'll provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days at contact@maisonvanae.com with a photo. We'll make it right at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items
Opened or used products, gift cards, and final-sale items.
