Order processing
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery times
We offer worldwide shipping. Estimated delivery is 5 to 8 business days after processing, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once an order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier. Delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of VANAE.

Tracking
A tracking number is provided as soon as your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Incorrect address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
